Iliya Iliev

is a managing partner and an auditor in Primorska Audit Company.

He graduated from University of Economics – Varna and since 1999 has been a certified public accountant and registered auditor, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Bulgaria (ICPA). He was a lecturer in Accounting and Audit in University of Economics – Varna and Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” for 14 years – until 2009.

Iliya Iliev is one of the founders of Primorska Audit Company in 2001.

Over the years, he has been actively involved in the work of ICPA as a member of the Managing Board, a chairman of the Regional Organization of ICPA – Varna and a member of different committees of ICPA.

Marian Nikolov

has been a certified public accountant, a registered auditor and a member of ICPA since 2003. Together with Iliya Iliev they established Primorska Audit Company in 2001.

He graduated from University of Economics – Varna, where he subsequently was a lecturer in Accounting and Financial Analysis for 9 years.  During 2004-2009 he was a lecturer in Accounting and Audit in Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar”.

Over the years, he was a secretary and chairman of the Regional Organization of ICPA - Varna, as well as a member of the Managing Board of ICPA.

Valentina Nikolova

joined Primorska Audit Company in 2001 as an accountant and since 2005 she has been a partner and an auditor in the company.

In 2004 she obtained a master’s degree in Accountancy from University of Economics – Varna. In 2005 Valentina got a qualification of a certified public accountant and became a member of ICPA, and since 2008 she has been a registered auditor.
